Megastar Sharon Cuneta recently fulfilled a lifelong dream after she met her idol American singer and songwriter Barry Manilow in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Cuneta, who’s in the United States for her “Dear Heart” concert, shared her happy moment on social media by posting a backstage photo of her and Manilow.
Article continues after this advertisement“When you meet your childhood hero here and are waiting for the email with your photo from his people to come in, then your hero posts your picture on his page!!! Oh. Em. Gee. I love Barry Manilow! And will do so til the day I die!!!” she wrote.

On the other hand, Cuneta recently bared her plans to pen her autobiography, saying that she is now “ready” to write a book about her life as a public figure.
The “Mr. DJ” singer is also set to make her television comeback via the drama series “Saving Grace,” which is the Philippine adaptation of hit Japanese drama “Mother.”
Meanwhile, Manilow is known for his hits “Could It Be Magic,” “Looks Like We Made It,” “Mandy,” “I Write the Songs,” “Can’t Smile Without You,” “Weekend in New England,” and “Copacabana (At the Copa).”
